Recliner Rating:

RELEASE/ROUTE RUNNING

Anderson displays top-tier route-running ability. He’s explosive off the line, consistently gains leverage against press coverage with a diverse release package, and shows sharp quickness in and out of his breaks. He also has the subtlety in his game to create separation using head fakes and jab steps.

PHYSICALITY

While Anderson is limited by his frame, he plays with surprising physicality for his size. He finishes catches with strong contact balance and can occasionally carry defenders for extra yardage. He’s also a willing blocker who isn’t afraid to put his body on the line.

YARDS AFTER CATCH

Anderson is a weapon with the ball in his hands. He has a strong feel for creating yards after the catch and pairs it with the athleticism and speed to generate explosive plays. In the right offense, he can be a dangerous open-field threat.

ATHLETICISM

This is where Anderson excels. He has excellent initial burst off the line of scrimmage, often forcing defenders to give ground due to his speed. He’s extremely quick, able to sink his hips and explode through his breaks and at the stem of his routes.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Anderson graded out at a 75.30 which puts him in the range of fantasy starter. While he’s limited by his frame, he more than compensates with his route-running ability and dynamic athleticism. If he lands with a team that can get him the ball in open space, there’s significant upside.

BALL SKILLS

Anderson is somewhat limited here, largely due to his frame. He shows flashes of body control when adjusting to the ball but rarely extends to make catches. He also was not frequently put into contested-catch situations. His hands are slightly above average, though there were some noticeable concentration drops.

IDEAL TEAM FITS

Anderson's ideal fit would be with a team in need of a dynamic slot receiver. He would benefit in going to a team with an offensive coodiantor who knows how to get him the ball in space.
