1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the CouchScouts website and purchasing our products (including the Rookie Scouting Guide and Dynasty Memberships), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property (The "No Account Sharing" Rule) All content provided by CouchScouts, including but not limited to the interactive Rookie Scouting Guide web application, rankings, articles, videos, and proprietary data, is the intellectual property of CouchScouts.

• Personal Access Only: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to access the content via your personal account.

• No Account Sharing: You may not share your login credentials with others to allow them access to paid content. Our system monitors concurrent logins and unusual activity.

• Violation: We reserve the right to immediately terminate the membership without refund of anyone found sharing their account credentials.

3. Accounts and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing, Automatic Renewals, and Refunds

• Automatic Renewal Authorization: By purchasing a "Monthly" or "Annual" membership, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize CouchScouts to charge your payment method on file for the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.

• Cancellation Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription. You may cancel your renewal at any time via your "My Account" dashboard. You must cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• No Refunds for Non-Cancellation: We do not provide refunds for renewal charges that have already processed because you failed to cancel before the renewal date. Claims that you "did not know" the plan was a subscription will not be accepted, as the recurring nature of the plan is stated explicitly at checkout.

• Digital Access: Due to the immediate nature of our web-based tools and data, all sales are final.

5. Disclaimer (Entertainment Purposes) CouchScouts provides analysis and opinions for fantasy football purposes. We guarantee no specific results in your fantasy leagues. All content is for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling or fantasy sports participation.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CouchScouts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or products.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
