RELEASE/ROUTE RUNNING
Bell shows quick, active feet at the line of scrimmage and can fire them effectively into his release. At times, he can get a bit too busy with his footwork, relying on extra movement rather than efficiency, but this is not a consistent issue. He flips his hips cleanly and displays noticeable suddenness out of his breaks, allowing him to separate well. He is especially effective working the intermediate to deep areas of the field, where his route efficiency and timing stand out.
PHYSICALITY
He displays solid physicality within his routes, using hand fighting to create separation. This also shows up positively in the blocking game, where he competes and has flashed the ability to finish blocks with authority. However, that same physical edge doesn’t consistently translate after the catch, as he rarely breaks tackles or plays through contact.
YARDS AFTER CATCH
Bell has the tools to be effective after the catch, particularly in space. He is more of a make-you-miss runner than a tackle-breaker, relying on agility and movement rather than power. He can create chunk plays in the open field but isn’t likely to consistently run through defenders.

ATHLETICISM
A strong athlete with great speed and burst, Bell can win early off the line of scrimmage and threaten defenders vertically. He shows explosiveness throughout his routes and pairs it with very good foot quickness, making him a consistent separator.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
He is a speed-driven, separation receiver who wins with burst, route efficiency, and reliable hands. While he lacks power after the catch, he projects as a dynamic option who can create plays through space and vertical ability. He landed with Buffalo who knows how to use a receiver like him. Consider drafting him in the 2nd route of rookie drafts.
BALL SKILLS
Bell offers reliable hands and projects as a quarterback-friendly target. He tracks the ball well over his shoulder and adjusts effectively to throws downfield. While his catch radius is somewhat limited and he doesn’t always extend fully to attack the ball, he compensates by using his frame well to secure the tough catch.

IDEAL TEAM FITS

Bell would fit in as a great number 2 and playing opposite of Drake London in Atlanta in Stefanski's system would be a dream scenario.
