Recliner Rating:

VISION/PATIENCE

Love has excellent vision, especially when he gets to the 2nd level. He is a creative runner, who can often get more than is blocked for him. He consistently chooses the right hole, often showing elite patience to let his blocks develop before exploding through. The one knock here is that he sometimes relies too much on his athleticism, and bounces outside when he shouldn’t.

POWER/CONTACT BALANCE

Love showed excellent balance. He runs with great pad level, often lowering his body to deliver hits. He does a great job converting speed to power when he gets downhill. He keeps his feet well, continuing to gain extra yardage through contact. He is limited in the red zone, however, where he does not have the room to build up speed. He doesn’t have the strength to drive defenders back unless he has momentum on his side. His lack of power could lead to fewer goal line carries.

3RD DOWN SKILLSET

Love is a phenomenal pass catching back, who did not get utilized nearly enough as a receiver in college. He can run routes like a wide receiver, has strong hands, and can contort his body to make highlight reel catches. He is a weapon at the next level and could be a PPR machine. Love's limitation is in pass protection, where he lacks the full power to execute cleanly.

ATHLETICISM

Love is an A+ athlete and is easily the most explosive guy on the football field at all times. He has incredible speed and burst. Once he gets the ball in his hands, he is almost immediately on the 2nd level. He is a home run threat any time he touches the ball.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Love graded out for us at an 84.16, which profiles him as an elite fantasy producer. He is worthy of the 1.01 in both Superflex and 1QB leagues. He will be a cornerstone piece on your roster for years to come.

ELUSIVENESS

This is where Love excels. He has a mean spin move that he utilizes to near perfection, forcing opposing players to miss tackles. He also has an advanced moveset when it comes to jukes and cutbacks. His tape is filled with many “wow” moments, where he puts defenders on skates.

IDEAL TEAM FITS

Jeremiyah Love could help any team that needs a RB, but I’d love to see him with a creative offensive mind like Andy Reid, who would know how to use him as a weapon in the passing game.
